Green Lions and us

Clash of the Titans! Bagatelle Music have teamed-up with the mighty Green Lions to produce and source music for their feature-length 'Erasing David' documentary. Those clever Green Lions are currently filming and researching the project which received support from Channel 4's 'Britdocs' earlier in the year. We can't tell you too much about it yet but remember where you heard it first... It will be a good 'un.

What's cooking

Well we were recently commissioned to write the music for The Moon, The Moon, a play by Unlimited Theatre. So we've started working on that.

It opens in March 2009. See you there?

That's right, the new album by Bagatelle Music's very own Minotaur Shock is out now to buy as a digital download.

Garnishing rave reviews here and there, you should head on over to the Minotaur Shock site where you can download the whole thing for £6.41. You can also read the intricate pricing scheme for the album by clicking on the little critters at the top of the page.

So that's why Bagatelle Music has been a little quiet of late!

Feel free to pop by to the Minotaur Shock MySpace or Facebook pages and say hello.

American Express commercial

This is a TV commercial that uses some Bagatelle Music. It came out a while back in the good ol' USA.

Death Cap for Cutie

We recently did the music for this charming little film. Made by Green Lions, the film features a top secret mushroom hunt led by Mama Irene. It is currently being shown on Current TV.

The music features Dominic rinsing melodically from his trusty Gameboy.

The youth of today...

Crumbs! Guess what? One of our songs was used in E4's groundbreaking drama Skins.

We recorded "Car Stereo" under our disco-dance pseudonym Sharp Clicks. For your listening pleasure, you can download the whole song entirely for free simply by clicking on the link below. It's a fun tale set to a glittery beat. Sometimes that's all you need.

Community Links

The lovely Green Lions boys asked us to compose a bit of music for this film. It's quite serious. Community Links is an innovative inner city charity running community-based projects in east London. They help over 50,000 vulnerable children, young people and adults every year, with most of our work delivered in Newham, one of the poorest boroughs in Europe.
